The Partners Behind Narra Residences
URA awarded the site on 21 January 2025 to four companies tendering together: SNC2 Realty Pte. Ltd., Apex Asia Alpha Investment Two Pte. Ltd., Soon Li Heng Civil Engineering Pte Ltd and Kay Lim Realty Pte. Ltd. The tender had closed on 14 January 2025. Press coverage of the result describes the consortium as led by Santarli and Apex Asia, with Soon Li Heng, a local construction company, and Kay Lim Realty alongside.
EdgeProp reports that Apex Asia Development is headed by Li Jun, formerly executive chairman of Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group. The joint-venture company, Dairy Farm Walk JV Development Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202505347Z), holds the housing developer’s licence and appears as the developer on every sale document.

Narra Residences Design Team
P&T Consultants designed Narra Residences around the idea of a forest retreat. Its three heights — six, thirteen and sixteen storeys — were composed, in the developer’s words, to achieve a balanced skyline that sits with the terrain, and the facades take a stone-toned palette with tall vertical proportions that echo the trees around the site.
Ecoplan Asia’s landscape brings water through the grounds in cascades and pools, with a canyon deck, a forest terrace and gardens arranged as a series of multi-sensory spaces. Kimly Construction is the main contractor.
The Name and Idea of Narra Residences
The developer’s tagline, “Forest, at heart. Refined, by nature.”, runs through the brochure, and the Chinese name, 翠岚轩, evokes green mountain mist. The design concept takes three elements from the neighbourhood: the quarry, interpreted in the textures and tones of the material palette; the forest, in the vertical proportions of the blocks; and the reservoir, in the cascading landscape and water features.
