South of Dairy Farm, Hillview gathers a cluster of condominiums around Hillview station on the Downtown Line, about 1.0 kilometre from the site. HillV2, a two-storey mall of restaurants and lifestyle shops, sits near the station, and The Rail Mall, a strip of eateries along Upper Bukit Timah Road, is about 1.4 kilometres away. The 24-kilometre Rail Corridor passes the Upper Bukit Timah truss bridge here; the developer gives it as about five minutes by bicycle.
